G+ 14 Multi-Story Headquarters Office Complex for Dialog Axiata, Srilanka's largest mobile network operator. Located at Union Place, Colombo the building combines 5 ramp up overhead parking levels housing 400 car parks and 100,000 sqft of corporate office and Auditorium. The building also amalgamates and retro-uses the diverse buildings within the premises, creating a 'tech' friendly state of the art showroom and customer experience.

“Ultimately the design concept attempts to marry the technical and aesthetic complexities of a multi-storey building using a sustainable approach that gives equal weightage to functional efficiency, energy efficiency, working environment, urban scale, aesthetic appeal and last but not least, Corporate Identity."

The building is designed to be LEED compliant, and is the recipient of a Gold category award.
