Twin houses for the brothers in a typically Urban setting.

The architecture borrows heavily on spatial choreography and manipulation to achieve 2 distinctly different houses with an identical floor plan in a restricted urban site setting, personalised through their interior designs.

The design concept relies on a subtle volumetric progression of space from Entry to rear garden, punctuated by an intermediate 3 storey courtyard adjacent to the Pantry, giving vertical continuity to the building form.

The 2 identical designs culminate in a combined recreational roof top which houses the swimming pool.
