The project design showcases jat, exemplified by its founder Aelian Gunawardena, as a premium, environmentally sensitive brand.

The design integrates an existing, refurbished 2 storey showroom pavilion, with a new 4 storey building complex including corporate administration and auditorium functions. Designed with extensive facade greening. The concept combines technology and innovation, with an inward looking, relaxed and conducive working environment, where its surroundings and context, including an adjoining temple, and greenery, are showcased for the user experience.
