A sustainable, yet iconic approach to high rise Development

The basic premise for this Mixed Developement design concept is efficiency, functionality, and sustainability concepts, creating iconicity, and brand image. A micro example of smoothly functioning "machine" for 'Working and Living, and Entertainment' located in the heart of Colombo city.

The building form's dictate is the premise of a highrise structure, as a series of 'design coordinated multi-layers' both vertically and horizontally layered. These layers incorporate building services, infrastructure, and create greening, shading, and external sound mitigation. Integrated into the facade design are renewable power generation through photovoltaics.

The upper 5 levels house 13 beautifully appointed apartments including 4 Penthouses, with spectacular views of the City and its coastal seascape. The building is capped by a roof-top, leisure floor incorporating a 27m infinity pool, gymnasium and fine dining restaurant.

Designed to be LEED compliant, with a Platinum rating, the first of its kind in the region.
